Racial discrimination in environmental policy-making and enforcement that disproportionately exposes communities of color to environmental hazards like pollution and toxic waste sites.

We promote Minority youth involvement in agriculture using a comprehensive STEAM approach, which is vital for closing the educational opportunity gap and reversing the alarming decline of Black farmers in the U.S. who now represent only about 1.3% of the nation's total producers.

The effort to engage Minority youth in agriculture is vital for the future of our food system, fostering innovation, diversity, and food sovereignty. By investing in young people of color, we are working to reverse a long-standing historical injustice and build a more inclusive agricultural landscape.

Our Clean Community Incentive promotes environmental justice by cleaning up neglected, low-income areas where accumulated waste disproportionately creates localized environmental hazards.
